If you are a slower rider who likes an 8 to 12 mile ride, mostly on bike trails, Easy Riders is for you. We ride on
Monday evenings, and occasionally on weekends. Bikers who want to ride further or faster are free to do so. No food or drink is planned, but after the ride bikers may go for refreshments at a location of their choice. We are open to suggestions for places to ride, as well as leaders for any particular ride. Meet at 5:30 pm and enjoy bike riding starting at 5:45 pm. Also, please call to confirm that the ride will actually take place, as whether we go or not will be weather dependent as well as dependent on whether there will be others who are also going.
July 5 - No biking to enjoy the Fourth of July holiday
July 12 - Military Ridge Trail - Meet at trailhead parking lot on Old PB in Verona. Ride to Riley Tavern.
July 19 - CANCELLED Badger State Trail - Meet south of Paoli taking Highway 69. Watch for Henry Road, turn left and meet at the trail crossing in the small town of Basco. The sign will say Basco. Park along the road by the trail. Be sure to confirm whether the ride is occurring before going.
July 26 - Glacial Drumin Trail - Meet at trailhead parking lot on Hwy N in Cottage Grove.
Aug 2 - Note Change: Lake Monona Loop - Meet at first Olin Park parking lot north of the Beltline off John Nolen Drive. CANCELLED!
Aug 9 - Note Change: Capital City Trail - Meet at Lussier Family Heritage Center, 3101 Lake Farm Road. Take Southtown Exit south of Beltline, past Walmart to Moorland Road. Left on Moorland. Right on Lake Farm to Parking lot.
Aug16 - Wingra Creek Arboretum Ride - Meet at first Olin Park parking lot north of the Beltline off

Aug 23 - Pheasant Branch Conservancy/Middleton Ride - Meet at the Branch Street retreat Parking lot at Century Avenue and Branch Street in Middleton.
Aug 30 CANCELLED - Highway 12 Ride from the park and ride at the End of Parmenter to the Missouri Tavern.
September 6 - Happy Labor Day. See you at the picnic.
